Vila "Pobeda" raspolaže sa tri luksuzna apartmana veličine 35-45 m2, u čijem sastavu je spavaća soba sa dvopersonskim francuskim ležajem, dnevni boravak u kom postoji mogućnost da se trosed pretvori u ležaj za dve osobe, trpezarija i kuhinja kompletno opremljene za upotrebu.
Takođe, Vila raspolaže jednim studijom za smeštaj tri osobe, i sa četiri sobe opremljene sa dvopersonskim francuskim ležajima.
Apartmanima, studiju i sobama Vile "Pobeda" zajedničko je da su opremljeni novim i modernim nameštajem ugodnih i toplih boja koji potpuno odgovara ambijentu, raspolažu klima uređajima, TV, i u svom sastavu imaju toalete sa tuš kabinama. Dvorište vile je prostrano i lepo uređeno u višenamenske svrhe:
- Deo dvorišta je predviđen za parking prostor za potrebe svakog od gostiju vile.

- In the central part of Vrnjacka Banja, in an elite, peaceful and romantic part of Spa's park, on the bank of river, next to many mineral springs and a wellness centre, pool, ambulance and more restaurante, surronded by vegetation and the scent of Spa's flora, stands the residence Victory.
- The name "Victory" was given to this residence in early 1912. It was the time of balcanic wars, the time when serbian soldiers were leaving for war with honourable intentions and with hope and faith that they would return home sound and safe. That's how the name "Residence Victory" was created.
- The residence as it stands today, was built on the foundations of the old residence "Victory", in the period from 1973 to 1980. The interior of the residence was fUlly redecorated in the year 2008, so as to provide luxurious and high quality accomodation.
- Residence "Victory" has 3 (three) luxurious suites, sized 35-45 m2, with a bedroom with a french bed for two people, a living room with a couch that can easily be turned into a bed for two, a dinning room and a kitchen which is completely equiped.
- The residence also has one studio that can accomodate three people, and 4 (four) rooms equiped with french beds for two.
- What the suits, the studio and the rooms have in common is that they have new and modern furniture with warm and pleasant colours that completely match the ambience, they are all air-conditioned, and have bathrooms with showertubs. The fact that these accomodations are ranked with four stars is the quarantee for quality and comfort
- The yard of the residence is large and nicely decorated for different purposes. A part of the yard is a parking space for the needs of our guests. In the yard there is a playground with equipment for children, and also a pleasant terrace with pizzeria and a bakery shop.
